The East Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an experienced Group Fitness Instructor to lead our long-standing Total Body Workout program.

Swim Instructor position offering 20+ hours weekly for small group and private lessons. Responsible for teaching swimming skills to all ages following swimEGR standards, ensuring safety and success.

Soccer Official (Youth Leagues) – responsible for officiating youth soccer games in East Grand Rapids. Must be 14+ years old and available on Saturdays during fall (Sept–Oct) and spring (Apr–May) seasons.

Responsible for supervising the High School and Wealthy Pool, ensuring safety, responding to emergencies, enforcing regulations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for patrons.

The Recreation League Sport Workers support a variety of youth and adult sports events, working independently under the Recreation Supervisor’s guidance.

Assist school-age children safely crossing streets under supervision, providing courteous service, communicating traffic rules, reporting hazards, and performing related duties.

The City of East Grand Rapids seeks a dedicated Public Safety Officer to protect life and property by enforcing city and state laws, responding to emergencies, and performing firefighting duties.
