Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to support employee inquiries across Canada via the HR Helpline and case management portal. The role involves answering calls in English and French Canadian, acting as the first escalation point for Canadian inquiries, and responding to questions on administrative procedures through phone, case management, and the Support Hub. Responsibilities include providing solutions for payroll, background checks, new hire support, compensation, leaves, separation processes, and general HR matters; supporting French Canadian team members; ensuring process excellence and compliance; maintaining accurate Workday data; documenting intake and escalating cases; interpreting HR policies; and assisting with knowledge base development.
